Henry van de Velde
Henry Clemens van de Velde was a Belgian painter, architect and interior designer. He was considered one of the main founders of the Art Nouveau movement. The gravy boat pictured here is a fine example of the kind of lines and shape that characterize the Art Nouveau style.
